Black Adder Hyssop (a. rugosum x foeniculum) - Hybrid hyssop (agastache) also called Hummingbird Mint. Blooming from mid Summer through Fall, this gorgeous plant features 6" - 8" long spikes of smoky reddish-violet blooms resembling a bottle brush. Bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies are all attracted to this wonderful plant. Adds an element of texture to the garden and is deer resistant and pest free. Easy to grow and very tolerant of hot dry conditions and poor soils. Grows to approx. 3' tall and wide. Perennial zones 6-9. One live plant in 3 inch container. |
