Description
Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium) - Sometimes called French Parsley. Finely cut leaves have a pleasing mild parsley flavor. It is commonly used in making classic bearnaise sauce but is also very good in omelettes, potato dishes, salads, or in any dish parsley is used in. While chervil is technically a perennial, it is a cool weather herb, so you many need to move it to shade when the weather gets warmer or grow indoors during the hottest summer months. Live starter plant in 3" tall pot.
