Maraschino Cherry Salvia - (s. grahamii x microphylla) Beautiful salvia sports a profusion of dark red blooms that attract hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden. Continuous blooms all summer and fall. Excellent cut flowers for bouquets. Forms a small bush growing to about 3 1/2 ft. tall and wide, Blooms are edible and often used as garnish for salads, etc. Leaves have a fresh fruity scent. Very drought tolerant once established and evergreen during winter months. Perennial zones 8-11. Live starter plant in 3 inch container.

	Easy Care!
	This plant is on my MUST list for hummingbirds. It has an easy to work with color that is not too garish. A bright pinkish red. The plant begins to bloom early and never stops. Even in the hot spells of 2012 it just kept on going as long as it had ample moisture. It performed well in both pots and in the ground.
