You will receive an email when your order ships which will contain the tracking number. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you do not receive it. Please allow additional time of up to a week or more when placing orders during holidays. Plants are shipped on Mon or Tues of each week by USPS priority mail or UPS. (we may also ship on Weds during our busiest weeks) Friday at 12:00 midnight eastern time is the cut off date for the following week shipping. If you have a specific date you would like your plants to be shipped, please leave a note under the "comment" section on the order page and we will try our best to accommodate you if weather permits. If your plants are shipped early, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to cold weather during transit as we do not insulate our boxes. Plants will not be able to be safely planted outdoors until all danger of frost has passed in your area. We use https://www.almanac.com/gardening/frostdates to calculate your last frost date by your shipping zipcode.
We cannot ship live plants to AK, CA, HI, OR, WA, outside the continental USA or to FPO or APO addresses at this time due to agricultural restrictions.
We do our best to package your plants to be shipped during extreme heat or cold, but no matter how well they are packaged, plants simply won't survive being left in a hot mail box or outdoors in freezing temperatures for extended periods of time. Therefore we ask that you be available to receive your package and open it as soon as possible after it is delivered. We cannot stress this enough... especially during hot weather, if you are not available to receive your package right away it may be helpful to have it delivered to a friend, neighbor, relative, or to your place of work so that the package will not sit outside in the weather. If you are going to be away, please contact us and we will be happy to reschedule the shipment for a more convenient time.
Plants are shipped in their 3 "deep nursery pots. Identification tags will be included. Some of the plants we sell look very similar, we take every effort to ensure that you are receiving the plant you ordered.
In some instances, your plants may be cut back for shipping purposes. Plants may or may not be in bloom at time of shipment. Plants shipped during late Fall or early Spring may be in a semi-dormant or dormant state.
Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns once your shipment arrives.
