(We are unable to ship live plants outside the continental USA, to the states of CA, OR, WA or to APO or FPO addresses due to agricultural restrictions)

All of our well rooted starter plants are shipped in 3" deep containers.
The above photo shows plants ready for shipping.

Plants are shipped March  - June 30 within a week of your last frost date (weather permitting).  You will receive an email with the tracking number when your package ships.. Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to weather.. Please allow additional time of up to a week or more when placing orders during holidays. If you have a specific date you would like your plants to be shipped, please leave a note under the "comment" section on the order page and we will try our best to accommodate you if weather permits.

Plants will be shipped near the last frost date for your area according to the shipping zipcode on your order form unless we are notified otherwise.   If you would like your plants shipped on a specific date, please feel free to request this in the comment section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes if weather permits (we do not insulate our boxes!)   Please be mindful that plants are not shipped dormant and will not be able to be safely planted outdoors until danger of frost has passed

COVID-19 SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY CHANGE:    We ship our plants by USPS priority mail.   Due to the ongoing coronavirus and postage delays to some locations,  we are no longer able to replace dead or damaged plants due to USPS late delivery or non-delivery of packages. Your plants will be packaged well and shipped by priority mail which under normal circumstances should take 2 - 3 business days to reach you.    If your package arrives late and the plants are dead or damaged,  please contact your local post office or USPS.com to file a claim.

We cannot ship live plants to AK,  CA,  HI, OR, WA, outside the continental USA or to FPO or APO addresses at this time due to agricultural restrictions.

We do our best to package your plants accordingly during periods of extreme heat or cold, but no matter how well they are packaged, plants simply won't survive being left in a hot mail box or outdoors in freezing temperatures for extended periods of time. Therefore we ask that you be available to receive your package and open it as soon as possible after it is delivered. We cannot stress this enough... especially during hot weather, if you are not available to receive your package right away it may be helpful to have it delivered to a friend, neighbor, relative, or to your place of work so that the package will not sit outside in the weather. If you are going to be away, please contact us and we will be happy to reschedule the shipment for a more convenient time.

Plants are shipped in their 3 "deep nursery pots. Identification tags will be included.  Some of the plants we sell look very similar, we take every effort to ensure that you are receiving the plant you ordered.

In some instances, your plants may be cut back for shipping purposes. Plants may or may not be in bloom at time of shipment. Plants shipped during late Fall or early Spring may be in a semi-dormant or dormant state.

Contact Us if you have any questions or concerns once your shipment arrives.
